UNSEENN UK Visa Language Prep is an independent study aid created to help learners prepare for UK visa, ILR and citizenship speaking tests. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), Trinity College London, LanguageCert, Pearson (PTE Academic), IDP or the British Council (IELTS).

Privacy Policy
Here's exactly what data this app handles and why:
- Account & sign-in. If you choose to sign in (Google or email), we use Firebase Authentication to manage your account. This lets your study progress sync across your devices. You can use most of the app without signing in.
- Speaking practice & AI feedback. When you record a spoken answer, your speech is converted to text in your browser and sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate feedback, a corrected version and a score. We do not store your audio recordings — only the resulting text answer is processed, and it is not used to train AI models.
- Progress data. If signed in, your scores, completed exercises and mock exam history are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) so they sync across your devices. If not signed in, this data stays in your browser's local storage only.
- Payments. PRO subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details — Stripe handles this directly.
- No third-party ad tracking. This app does not use advertising trackers or sell your data to advertisers.

Third-Party Services We Use
- Firebase (Google) — account sign-in and progress sync

- Stripe — payment processing for PRO subscriptions
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf. We only share the minimum data needed for each service to function.

The UNSEENN name and logo are our brand identifiers. Trinity GESE, LanguageCert SELT, IELTS, PTE Academic and other exam names are trademarks of their respective owners — we reference them only to describe which real-world exams our content helps you prepare for.
